What is Amatista Cookhouse?

Amatista Cookhouse is the main full-service restaurant at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, serving Caribbean-inspired cuisine prepared in an open kitchen. The restaurant offers a casual dining experience with a coastal atmosphere and a seasonal menu.

With an emphasis on fresh, locally sourced food, the menu is stocked with the help of farmers that Sapphire Falls partners with, including Palmetto Creek Farms, Hearts of Christmas Farms, Lake Meadow Naturals, Deep Creek Ranch, and Wild Ocean Mark. Dishes include ceviche, salads, flatbreads, and burgers.
