What is Wicked: The Experience?

Starting in late October, Universal Studios Florida will welcome guests to Wicked: The Experience – located just steps from the front gate – offering a unique opportunity to step into the fantastical Land of Oz. This exclusive, one-of-a-kind attraction will take guests along the yellow brick road, transporting them through iconic Wicked locations, from Shiz University to the Emerald City. Guests will be able to marvel at fanciful costumes and props created by the film’s designers while being fully immersed in the breathtaking scenery and theming that recreates some of the most memorable moments from the film.

In Hollywood, across from TODAY Cafe, which is in Universal Studios Florida.

When does Wicked: The Experience open?

This area is expected to open in late October 2024.

What other Wicked-inspired offerings are available at Universal Orlando Resort? 

In preparation for the highly anticipated film release on November 22, Universal Orlando Resort is pulling out all the stops with not only a special experience but also themed dining to complement the excitement. Additionally, Voodoo Doughnut and The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen at both Universal CityWalk locations will join the celebration with limited-time treats inspired by the world of Wicked.

A wide range of merchandise, including apparel, home goods, accessories, toys, and exclusive products, will be available at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal CityWalk, featuring:

• The Shiz University Collection: Inspired by the school where Glinda and Elphaba first meet, this collection includes back-to-school essentials like a Spirit Jersey, duffle bag, tumbler, hat, journal, and more.
• Studio MinaLima Designs: The legendary Studio MinaLima has crafted exclusive Wicked-inspired graphics and prints for a cross-category collection, featuring intricate designs on apparel, accessories, home goods, confections, and stationery.
• Wicked Logo Merchandise: The Wicked logo will appear on a variety of items, including hats, totes, notebooks, and mugs.

In addition, fans can find a range of unique items like beautiful fashion dolls from Mattel, Funko Pop! figures of favorite characters, LEGO sets featuring the Land of Oz, Loungefly bags, as well as cosplay and prop replicas from The Noble Collection.
