Volcano Bay's Ohyah and Ohno drop slides
Ohyah and Ohno drop slides at Universal’s Volcano Bay

Opening date
May 25, 2017

Two sentence insider summary
Ohno Drop Slide is just like its partner Ohyah slide, but even more intense. Here, riders will have to navigate a rope bridge in order to even get to the “serpentine” attraction, and then they will be dropped out six feet above the awaiting pool (instead of just four).

Fear factor
4 out of 5. Ohno is even more intimidating than its sister slide, Ohyah.

What you wish you knew before you experienced it
Check back again at the end of May.

OI fun fact
Universal describes the six-foot plunge into the pool below as “launching” riders instead of merely dropping them.
