For a full-service breakfast at Sapphire Falls Resort, head to Amatista Cookhouse, where breakfast is served buffet-style from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. It features all-you-can-eat tropical fruit and flavors, with a Bloody Mary and mimosa bar on Saturdays and Sundays. A breakfast at Amatista will cost you $29 for adults and $16 for children ages three to nine.

New Dutch Trading Co.

Additionally, just off the lobby, you’ll find the New Dutch Trading Co., which opens at 6:00 am with coffee, pastries, and more.

The Bayliner Diner food court at Cabana Bay Beach Resort has both quick-service and grab-and-go options available between 7:00 and 11:30 am on weekdays and until noon on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
