Some venues even offer special experiences, like live music or character dining.

Acoustic Brunch at The Kitchen

Every Sunday at The Kitchen from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm, you can enjoy a full breakfast buffet, salad bar, and carving station, along with bottomless Bloody Marys and mimosas. Emack & Bolio’s Marketplace offers grab-and-go breakfasts starting at 6:00 am, including smoothies, savory snacks, coffee, and more.

For a leisurely breakfast, you’ll want to visit Islands Dining Room from 7:00 until 11:00 am.

Amatista Cookhouse

For a full-service breakfast at Sapphire Falls Resort, head to Amatista Cookhouse, where breakfast is served buffet-style from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. It features all-you-can-eat tropical fruit and flavors, with a Bloody Mary and mimosa bar on Saturdays and Sundays. A breakfast at Amatista will cost you $32 for adults and $17 for children ages three to nine.

New Dutch Trading Co.

Additionally, just off the lobby, you’ll find the New Dutch Trading Co., which opens at 6:00 am with coffee, pastries, and more.

Cabana Bay Beach Resort

Bayliner Diner

The Bayliner Diner food court at Cabana Bay Beach Resort has both quick-service and grab-and-go options available between 7:00 and 11:30 am.

We love to order these and then sit and watch the retro television clips:

Create-your-own Omelet
Onions, tomatoes, baby spinach, mushrooms, ham, peppers, cheddar cheese, bacon, pepper jack cheese, and American cheese

Starbucks

There is also a Starbucks located near the main gift shop, which is worth checking out for the retro mid-century modern interior design alone. Don’t forget to take a picture with the mermaid mural!

Although Aventura Hotel doesn’t offer a full-service restaurant that’s open for breakfast, it does sport Urban Pantry in the lobby, where you’re bound to find something to sate your morning hunger like:

Pier 8 Market at Dockside Inn and Suites

The Dockside Inn and Suites half also feature its own food court, called Pier 8 Market. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am – 11:30 am. There’s an abundance of options here, and breakfast is certainly no exception:

Dill cream cheese, tomatoes, capers, and red onions

Baja Burrito – $10.50
Chorizo, egg, and cheese burrito with salsa
