How do I get from Helios Grand Hotel to CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida, and Islands of Adventure?

Universal offers a complimentary bus service that runs continuously between its hotels, including Helios Grand Hotel, and the guest drop-off area near the Universal parking garages. Service begins one hour before Early Park Admission, with buses arriving approximately every 15 minutes.

Keep in mind: when heading back to Helios after a day in the parks, the line for the return bus can get long during peak times, especially when both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure close around the same time.

Guests of Universal Helios Grand Hotel enjoy an exclusive perk: a private entrance to Universal Orlando Resort’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, right from inside the hotel. In just moments, you’ll step through and find yourself inside the park. Unlike the main entrance beneath the towering Chronos statue, this entryway brings you in near Dark Universe and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, giving you a unique starting point for your day in the park.

How do I get to Volcano Bay?

A separate bus route runs directly to Volcano Bay, located on the edge of Universal Orlando’s main campus (right next to Cabana Bay Beach Resort). Buses depart approximately every 15 minutes.

How do I get to SeaWorld and Aquatica?

Universal’s hotels provide complimentary scheduled transportation, called the Connector Shuttle, to SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica (SeaWorld’s water park). We emphasize scheduled because it is very important to understand that the bus does not run continuously; rather, in general, it picks up and drops off once in the morning and once in the evening. Check with any Vacation Planning Center desk to reserve pick-up and drop-off times for your visit.
