What is The Fountain of Fair Fortune?

Modeled after a traditional British pub, complete with a wooden bar and mirrored walls, this little spot is a quick and easy way to grab a Butterbeer or the alcoholic beverage of your choice, including specialty brews only available in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. In addition, guests will find Gillywater with the souvenir “flavor potions” and chips.

In Harry Potter lore, “The Fountain of Fair Fortune” is featured in The Tales of Beedle the Bard, telling the story of an enchanted fountain that is known to contain strong magic; once a year, an “unfortunate” is given the chance to bathe in its waters and, thus, earn “fair fortune forever more.”
