What is the Marvel Character Dinner?
Feast on a buffet full of salads, pasta, and pizza before coming face-to-face with Captain America, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Storm, and Rogue in a character experience fit for a hero. The superheroes make the rounds from table to table, ensuring that every last patron (whether a kid or just a kid-at-heart) has the opportunity to collect autographs, take photos, and otherwise shoot the superheroic breeze over dinner.

Inside Cafe 4, at Marvel Super Hero Island, which is in Islands of Adventure.

If you want to dine with the superheroes, keep in mind that this is a special dining event that requires advance reservations. Tickets for adults ages 10 and up are $56.99, plus tax, and tickets for children under 10 are $31.99, plus tax (prices are subject to change). Your purchase includes not only a buffet dinner with one non-alcoholic beverage but also one digital download of a photo with a character.

Marvel’s superheroes have been thoughtful enough to think of their vegetarian fans with veggie-friendly salads (marinated artichoke, fresh fruit, and bowtie pasta salads), as well as some meatless entrées (such as pasta with tomato basil sauce).
There is a small selection of items that can be prepared – or already are – gluten-free, including a chef-tossed Caesar salad, tossed house salad, and plant-based penne bolognese.
