What was Fusion Bistro Sushi & Sake Bar?
Situated on the second tier of CityWalk, where it overlooked Hollywood Drive-In Golf, Fusion Bistro Sushi & Sake Bar was a hidden gem in the lineup of quick-service cuisine at Universal Orlando Resort. The location had a small walk-up window to place your order, and there was limited seating available at the bar, where you could watch a skilled chef prepare your food. Additional seats could have also been found nearby, just outside of the CityWalk food court. With a wide selection of fresh food at a fair price point, Fusion Bistro was one of our favorite places for a convenient, lower-budget meal (in the context of CityWalk, that is).
Thanks to its tucked-away location, you might have missed Fusion Bistro Sushi & Sake Bar if you weren’t looking for it – but we think it was well worth making a detour for.
