NOTE: because of the COVID-19 pandemic this year, Universal didn’t carry on its holiday traditions for Easter. In the hopes that 2021 will be a return to normal, we’re preserving our coverage from 2019’s festivities, which you can find in full below.
–
Easter at Universal Orlando is exactly like how the company handles that other food- and family-centric holiday, Thanksgiving – none of the theme or water parks hold any celebrations, but the resort’s hotels certainly do.
Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Royal Pacific Resort, and Sapphire Falls Resort all feature “the perfect Easter brunch,” with a plethora of selections, and even Aventura Hotel has some holiday offerings, as well, up at the rooftop bar. We’ve broken them all down for you below for your culinary pleasure – just please leave a good word with the Easter Bunny for us.
Then, once you’re done eating your fill, there are also Easter egg hunts and other assorted activities at all of the hotels, including Cabana Bay Beach Resort. Just please note that you have to be an overnight hotel guest in order to participate in any of these.

Easter brunches 2019
Only the premier and preferred on-site hotels offer an Easter buffet, with each serving up a slight variation on the theme (Sapphire Falls’s brunch, for example, is distinctly Caribbean). Not to be outdone, one of the prime value resorts, Aventura Hotel, also gets in on the Easter action, but it’s by no means a buffet, and it’s limited to just a few plates.
