Caribbean Carnaval at Sapphire Falls Resort

What was Caribbean Carnaval?

Caribbean Carnaval was an interactive dinner show that took you on a musical journey through the flavors of the Bahamas, Cuba, Jamaica, Barbados, and Trinidad. Taking place weekly at Sapphire Falls Resort, attendees could enjoy the all-you-can-eat buffet and high-energy entertainment and – if they were brave enough – join the lively party via conga line or limbo. Stilt walkers and acrobatic dancers went above and beyond to set the tone for an adventurous party in paradise, so even the most reluctant dancer could be swayed to get up and get movin’.

Where was Caribbean Carnaval located?

At Sapphire Falls Resort, one of Universal Orlando Resort’s hotels, in the Cayman Court pavilion.
