It was 1926 when Milanese resident Beatrice “Bice” Ruggeri first transformed her flavorful Italian home cooking into a thriving network of restaurants. Bice established locations across the globe before landing at Universal Orlando Resort’s own globe – specifically, at Portofino Bay Hotel. You’ll find white tablecloths, homemade pasta, an extensive Italian wine list, and the perfect atmosphere for a romantic meal here.
