What’s on the menu at Bar Zenith?

While we haven’t received a full menu reveal just yet, Universal Orlando Resort has shared a preview of the dishes we can expect from this bar.

Meteor Strike
Light rum, triple sec, zesty lime, and pineapple juices, topped with lemon-lime soda and a sprinkle of edible gold glitter, and flaming lemon extract-infused raw sugar cube meteor garnish

Meridian Bramble
Dry gin, raspberry liqueur, zesty lemon juice, and simple syrup with blackberries on a flower knot for garnish

Mojit-eor
Light rum, fresh lime juice simple syrup, and a splash of mint essence with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel garnish

Cosmos-Politan
Vodka, limoncello, lime juice, cranberry juice, simple syrup, and blood orange syrup, finished with smoked sea salt and garnished with a dried blood orange wheel

Star-garita
Tequila, blue curaçao, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup with smoked sea salt and garnished with a lime wheel
