What is the Despicable Me Character Breakfast?

Start your day in the right way with a hilarious breakfast with the Minions from the Despicable Me movie franchise, along with other characters, including Gru, Margo, Edith, and Agnes. Help yourself to a buffet of pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and more as the characters wander and greet guests at their tables. You might even wind up in an impromptu dance party!

Despicable Me Character Breakfast – event dates and tickets

If you want to dine with the Minions, keep in mind that this is a special culinary event that requires advance reservations. The breakfast happens every Saturday (during non-pandemic times, that is), with seatings at 8:00 am, 9:30 am, and 11:00 am (for the late risers).

Despicable Me Character Breakfast – OI tip

Anyone can buy tickets to attend the Despicable Me Character Breakfast – you don’t have to be staying at Royal Pacific Resort, or even any of the other Universal Orlando hotels. Just keep in mind that if you’re visiting from elsewhere, the resorts do charge for parking.

For more fun with the Minions, don’t miss the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem attraction (complete with a Minion dance party at the end of the ride and, of course, a gift shopping featuring tons of Minion merchandise) over at Universal Studios Florida. That park is also home to Universal’s Superstar Parade, which itself sports a decided Despicable Me presence.
