This entreé left us thoroughly impressed, quickly climbing the ranks to become one of our favorite chicken offerings throughout Universal Orlando Resort. The harmony of the cheese coating paired with the bacon-wrapped chicken created a delightful fusion of flavors. Smothered in BBQ bordelaise sauce, it not only adds depth but also serves as the perfect dipping sauce for those crispy wedge fries.
Leaky Cauldron – Vegan Curry
The Vegan Curry introduces another plant-based choice to the Leaky Cauldron’s menu, offering a flavorful blend of plant-based Chick’n and potatoes in a rich curry sauce. This dish is served with pita bread for dipping and comes with a fresh garden salad, making it a wholesome and hearty option for those seeking a meat-free meal.
The combination of potatoes, peas, and carrots in the curry sauce is beautifully complemented by the vegan chicken, creating a well-rounded flavor profile. For those cautious about the spice, there’s no need to worry; the spice level is pleasantly mild, making it a delightful option for all palates.
