Gálkn: Monsters of the North has arrived as another original house for Halloween Horror Nights 2025 at Universal Orlando Resort.

Prepare for battle—here’s how Universal described the house:

In a remote northern village, a wicked being rises from the dead with a horde of monsters. Try to escape the belly of the beast.

Gálkn, the Old Norse word for “monster,” echoes the fearsome legends of Viking lore, making it a fitting reflection of the chilling horrors that await at this year’s Halloween Horror Nights.

While you can experience the more family-friendly side of Viking life over at How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk in Epic Universe, Halloween Horror Nights offers a far grimmer glimpse into Norse legend. Back in 2019, the Vikings Undead scare zone transformed Universal Studios Florida’s Central Park into a battlefield of reanimated warriors and brutal carnage.

Witness the fury of the beasts at Halloween Horror Nights 2025, happening on select nights from August 29 through November 2. Learn more about tickets here.
