This land features warp pipes at Universal Studios Japan, which opened in 2021, and Universal Studios Hollywood, which debuted in 2023. Attractions Coming to SUPER NINTENDO WORLD at Epic Universe
Get ready, racers! The wildly popular cartoon racing game zooms off the screens and into reality with Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge. This thrilling ride is already a hit in Hollywood and Osaka – where it’s known as “Mario Kart: Koopa’s Challenge” due to the adversary being famously called Koopa in Japan.
Gear up with special goggles and join forces with Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach to take on Team Bowser in Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge. Navigate through underwater landscapes and soar among clouds as you collect coins and launch shells. Immersed in a world of cutting-edge technology, you’ll feel like you’ve truly stepped inside the game. Compete both individually and as a team member, interacting with your favorite Super Mario characters on this ride.
Mine-Cart Madness brings the world of Donkey Kong into this land with a wild mine cart ride through the jungle. Join Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong on a high-speed mission to protect the golden banana. With the recent announcement of Universal Studios Japan’s Donkey Kong expansion, set to open later in 2024, we’re getting an exciting preview of what Florida’s version of the ride will offer.
Looking for something a bit more leisurely than jumping over a collapsed track or swerving around banana peels? Hop on Yoshi’s Adventure for a family-friendly ride through the Mushroom Kingdom. Hop on the back of Yoshi to look for the glowing eggs!
Exploring Entertainment at Epic Universe’s SUPER NINTENDO WORLD
Guests can look forward to meeting beloved Nintendo characters such as Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and Toad. This next-level interaction has been a hit in other theme parks, with these figures coming to life with the capability to blink and speak.

Chef Toad is in the kitchen at Toadstool Cafe, crafting delectable dishes sure to fuel you up for a day full of gaming adventures. Dine in a fungi-themed ambiance and enjoy the playful scenery of the Mushroom Kingdom through the panoramic windows.
Yoshi’s Snack Island and Turbo Boost Treats offer delicious treats, snacks, and beverages at these convenient walk-up locations.

Power-Up Bands Coming to SUPER NINTENDO WORLD
This entire experience will be leveled up with a Power-Up band, transforming your journey through the Mushroom Kingdom and Donkey Kong Country into an interactive adventure. As you explore, engage with punch blocks and complete activities that reward you with a key upon successful completion. Guests can also access leaderboard screens to see where they rank against other players.
Gain exclusive access to the Bowser Jr. Shadow Showdown when you earn keys by completing tasks reminiscent of those in a round of Mario Party. As we have seen in other parks, this attraction mirrors the boss level of a video game, where you can defeat Bowser Jr. using strategic movements and claim the highly sought-after golden mushroom.
There is even more to be excited about! SUPER NINTENDO WORLD is merely one of five immersive worlds at Epic Universe. Upon the park’s opening in 2025, visitors will also be able to explore Celestial Park, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, and Dark Universe, each offering its own unique adventures and experiences.
