Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando Feature Chef-Inspired Easter Sunday Brunches and Family-Friendly Entertainment

 

ORLANDO, FL – (March 27, 2015) – Chefs at the deluxe on-site hotels at Universal Orlando Resort are creating Easter Sunday brunch experiences, with family-friendly entertainment and menus to please the palate.
Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando offers a brunch buffet, along with Universal Orlando characters, strolling musician, face painter, balloon artist and a children’s activity table. Trattoria del Porto will be serving an all-you-can eat brunch from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm offering roasted prime rib, salmon wrapped in puff pastry, pork loin, seared ocean bass, risotto bar, pasta station, special children’s buffet, chilled seafood, salads and an array of desserts.
Adults: $65 | Children ages 3 – 9: $22 (under 3 complimentary)

Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando offers a tropical paradise setting for Easter Sunday. Islands Dining Room will offer brunch from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm featuring roasted leg of lamb, herb crusted chicken breast, pork loin, pan-seared corvina, seafood raw bar, sushi station, Asian charcuterie station, omelet and waffle station, plus a delectable selection of breads, pastries, cakes, pies and tortes. Guests will enjoy live entertainment, face painting and balloon artistry.

Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando will cue up an Easter brunch with a touch of rock ‘n’ roll attitude in The Kitchen restaurant from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. The hits will include herb-smoked New York sirloin, leg of lamb, glazed country ham, baked gremoulada salmon, assorted breakfast selections, kid-friendly items, plus desserts. Entertainment will include the Easter bunny and a kids only cookie decorating station.
