Universal CityWalk, on-site hotels power outage

Update 8:53PM: Power has been restored for CityWalk and the on-site hotels.

Around 8PM on Wednesday, February 8, Universal Orlando CityWalk, on-site hotels, and their surrounding roads lost power. It appears that very select areas of CityWalk still have power.

Certain areas of CityWalk are being evacuated for guest safety. No word yet on what caused the outage or when power will come back online.

Royal Pacific Resort was affected by the outage, whereas Portofino Bay still has power. Cabana Bay Beach Resort’s lights flickered, but power resumed quickly.
