Butterbeer is getting a Parisian twist when it debuts at Universal Epic Universe on May 22, 2025! As part of the park’s all-new Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, guests will step into Place Cachée, a bustling magical district inspired by 1920s Paris from the Fantastic Beasts films. This immersive area will also bring the British Ministry of Magic from the Harry Potter series to life, offering an exciting new way to experience the Wizarding World—complete with shops, attractions, dining, and, of course, Butterbeer.
And if you’re looking to blend in with the local witches and wizards, here’s a little French lesson—Butterbeer is called Bièraubeurre in French!
Butterbeer Epic Universe: What’s on the Menu?
Until now, we’ve been eagerly anticipating the Butterbeer crepe from Café L’air De La Sirène and the chance to enjoy a classic Butterbeer from the Bièraubeurre Cart. But today, we got an even sweeter surprise—a first look at the full lineup of treats inspired by this beloved beverage coming to Epic Universe! Guests will be able to indulge in flavored macarons, truffles, candy bars, and caramel-filled Butterbeer-flavoured chocolate barrels.
And for those looking to sip Butterbeer in style, Epic Universe will introduce a stunning new stemmed stein, making it the ultimate collector’s item for Wizarding World fans!
