You won’t be able to see a single spot that’s not consistent with the theming. And then pay attention when you’re in line for Spiderman — it’s not quite the same. I like Universal, but Disney is hands-down the best at being immersive. Disney is also definitely cleaner.

Wish it extended to Harry Potter!
As far as immersion and cleanliness I’d have to say Disney with some reservations, as I haven’t been to Universal in a few years, and Harry Potter wasn’t open yet. Going in August and may change my opinion about immersion!!

UOR does a great job with theming in terms of little details and especially auditory theming. However, it is very obvious that it is indeed a theme park with signs for Express Pass EVERYWHERE as well as signs for the Dining deal and Coke Freestyle machines and other revenue generating sources. Which as a business I totally get, it just does take away from the storytelling and immersion.
