Soft opening means it only open for a limited time usually and can close at ANY minute for ANY thing. Soft openings are for the employees to get used to having guests on the train and how to operate the train among other things. Now come July 8th the train will be open at 9 am everyday until park closing but for now it can open for 2 or 3 hours in the morning, close and then reopen later in the day if it chooses too.
