I agree Dan, I’ve written in the past how absurd it is that guests are overwhelmed with options when buying tickets at the park and this will further muddy the issue. AND, as I’ve suspected, Universal doesn’t even think there’s that much of a problem now. I suggest some of these office employees spend some time at the ticket kiosks and see how frustrating it can be.

Julie, most likely Cinematic Spectacular won’t run on the nights HHN is operating and instead they will do what they last year, with small HHN-exclusive videos on the water screens. Hopefully they make some adjustments because many guests, including myself, had no idea when they would be showing the HHN-centric stuff in the lagoon and I just happened to catch parts of it throughout the night.

I would love to see the London side, but I’m not really a fan of the rest of Universal Studios. I don’t like the idea of spending the extra money for a park hopper just to visit such a small part of the park. =(

That person would also have to be like quadra-lingual, so he or she could explain in many languages how it’s basically a monorail to a different park, so you need to ALREADY HAVE A TICKET to that park before boarding.  I also imagine that it would drop you off in what would basically be a second entrance to Studios, where the fingerprinting/actual entrance to the park would take place.  Whatever actually ends up happening, this is going to add so many jobs!

I think that requiring a 2-Park ticket is going to be a very big issue. Universal has been pitching themselves as a multi-day destination for years, so I don’t see how this will affect anything. The truth is that Universal has a poor record of communicating park logistics to guests — to this day they still don’t produce any documentation about the WWoHP return ticket system, Orlando Informer is the only resource with a complete guide — and last holiday season was as bad as ever with guests not understanding that Express Passes don’t get them past the return ticket system, or on to Forbidden Journey, etc.

I wish I could say it was going to be a non-issue, but you know what they say: what’s past is prologue.
