The AP segment of that business already knows that Jaws is gone and more Potter is coming. Announcing Potter tomorrow will not change many AP’s minds (unless it’s for a much farther date in the future), but will make people think twice about coming to Orlando for Potter, when a second phase is going in. There is also a budget fluctuation going on right now within Universal, where the budgets are more fluid than in previous projects (this started with Despicable).
