But I do have to say that an attraction as advanced as the new Hogwarts Express attraction will have to be tested for months prior to opening so I really can’t see this attraction opening anytime soon. Also as per phase one of The Wizarding World there was a major rule with Universal and J.K. that the entire expansion had to be running smoothly and all together in order for the expansion to even open to guests for testing. So I do not believe that we will see any part of Phase 2 open until the entire thing is ready to go.
