Also one of my Down Syndrome daughter’s favorites. They asked us to stay after a show years ago so she could meet with the Beetlejuice actor one-on-one. I couldn’t believe how comfortable he was and spent several minutes with her for pictures. We’ve been asked to stay and meet Barney, too! Stuff like this is why we’ve been AP holders for 15 years.

Seen it once and there were families with small children leaving. I’m not sure its family friendly if you have small children.

for years and years I used to over look this show all the time. One day after getting our annual passes I told my gf I wanted to do every ride or show ive never done before, hence to say, now we never miss this.

Just got back from our trip and our favorite part was this show! My special needs daughter LOVES the movie and so we asked if there was anyway for her to meet Beetlejuice. They asked us to come back a few minutes before the next show and took her back stage where she met the entire cast. They were so kind a loving to her! They posed for pictures with her and really took time to make her feel special. Some girls want to meet the princesses, my little princess got to meet Beetlejuice and his friends! AWESOME!

I think it’s just a one time thing. I wish they would do something better with that space. The vocals weren’t so great, but I’ll give Beetlejuice credit for a few funny (but cheesy) jokes.

I absolutely LOVE beetlejuice! I haven’t been to universal since 2000 (live in the uk) but i’m coming back next year and this is without a doubt one of the things im most looking forward to, despite all the new attractions that have appeared since my last visit. it may seem ‘dated’ or ‘cheesy’ to some people but I think its a show that can be constantly updated without making drastic changes, I know all the songs are different from when I went as a kid, but it still looks awesome! My sister took my little niece last year and gave her a choice of what to do and she picked beetlejuice straight away, she loves it. I only wish the phantom was still in it!

Hmmm. The vocals are mediocre, the jokes are cheesy, and the scantily clad cheerleaders are an unnecessary element that makes me question the supposed “family-friendly” nature of the show. I’ll respectfully disagree with the positive review. I’d like to see a different show occupying the venue, or at least an improvement upon the current version of the show.
