Hi is it still quiet at Universal on a Sunday? Were travelling over in May from the UK so want to make the most of all the parks. I thought Sunday would be busy at all of the universal parks??

I have not been to Busch Gardens during Thanksgiving week
before, but I would imagine it’s busier than the calm we’ve seen lately
just as in the Orlando parks, but still probably not as busy as the day
after Thanksgiving.
Busch Gardens tends to be busier than Sea World, but every
time I’ve been (even in the thick of the summer crowds) it’s less busier
than Universal or Disney.  Because it’s the big park in the Tampa area,
it tends to draw in everyone in that area, tourists and locals alike. 
There really aren’t any other parks to draw off the crowds like you find
here in Orlando.
The good news though, is that the pathways and setup on the parks
leads to a much more open feel so we don’t even really notice the crowds
until we stand in line for Cheetah Hunt, Montu, or Sheikra roller
coasters.  That’s where the crowds seem to pool the most.
Our tried and true plan that we kick into action when we
notice a crowded parking lot – go straight to the back of the park
(Congo area) when you first get there.  Everyone else seems to stop in
the front at the first thing they see, so you get ahead of the crowds,
get several rides in with no waiting in the back of the park, then
around lunchtime-ish you end up back towards the center and start
hitting lines.
