Does Universal still film productions at the theme parks?

When Universal Studios Florida was originally opened, the park was home to a large amount of film and TV production. However, over the years, the amount of production has dwindled.

But the streets of Universal Studios are designed like backlots, with many different building facades, so occasionally you may catch a production in progress. During one of our trips we caught the filming of a Food Network commercial.
