Universal Orlando has increased their ticket prices today, Orlando Informer has learned.
The price hikes, which have become an annual tradition, occurred earlier than in 2015. Last year, Universal followed Disney to raise their ticket prices and break the $100 barrier for 1-day 1 park tickets on February 27.
Some of this year’s price hikes are higher than usual, ranging from 2.9% to 14.5% increases. 2-day park-to-park tickets seemed to have taken the largest increase.
The online ticket price increase comes just after prices for merchandise, food, and beverage were raised across the resort at the end of January. Some highlights include soda refills increasing by over 20%, bottled water now priced at $3, and ponchos at $10. Regular sodas, alcohol, ice cream, umbrellas, Butterbeer, and more also increased last month.
Annual Pass prices remain the same.
